Thus ends my fruit and vegetable fast (… tomorrow morning when I wake up). I actually got through all three days. I have been having a very hard time with self control when it comes to things like this for the past like… five years. I did have a small amount of honey and olive oil too. Tomorrow I have to work for four hours so I’m going to have oatmeal for breakfast. I know it’s probably a bad idea but I have a delicious egg roll left over from Father’s Day that I’m going to eat for lunch even though it’s over a week old. It’s not its oldness that worries me, but the impact of the greasiness on my fruit-filled digestive system. #doinitanyway

I only worked out once during the fast. The first day I did a little cleaning, the second day I did more cleaning and rebounded for an entire episode of Gilmore Girls (44 minutes), and today I didn’t do anything but bring my kitty to get fixed (D:) and go to Walmart for bananas and (fugly ass) (men’s) rain boots (because they only had up to women’s size 11). I figured it’s okay to not workout because my head feels extremely susceptible to migraines right now. My weigh in day is Friday but I’m going to weigh myself tomorrow morning because I want to know exactly how much I lost due to the fast. (Hopefully SOME.)
I really have to work out tomorrow after work but my sister will probably be home and we have a 900% chance of rain (not really joking) for the next two days, and like a 60% chance for like two days after that. Good times bike, see ya never.
Speaking of outdoor activities, I signed up for the Color Run in Tampa (really St. Pete) last night. I got my mom to sign my dad up too. My sister’s being a bitch about it. It will be my first run ever. So I have to be able to run a 5k in a little over five months. I’m going to start the Couch to 5k again but it’s never going to stop raining as long as I live so I don’t know when I’m going to be able to run.
I’m craving peanut butter and eggs and yogurt and tons of other stuff and I can’t wait to eat real food again. I’m going home for three days this week and I need to be really careful about not overeating while I’m there.
